Description
65 East Quality Street is an 18th-century, two-storey house with an attic, situated in an irregular terrace. The building is harled with painted margins and features a base course.
The principal elevation is symmetrical, with steps leading up to a deep-set, panelled timber door that has a plate glass fanlight above it, located at the centre. There are windows in the flanking bays and regular fenestration on the first floor. Canted slate-hung timber dormer windows are positioned over the outer bays.
The windows are timber sash and case, featuring 4-pane and 12-pane glazing patterns. The roof is covered with red pantiles, and there is a shared rubble stack.
