46 East Quality Street, Dysart

46 East Quality Street in Dysart is an 18th-century house that stands three stories high with a basement and has a rectangular plan. The exterior is harled, featuring quoin strips and stone margins, along with coursed rubble.

On the northwest elevation, which is the entrance side, there is an advanced stair tower in the center bay that includes windows on the first and second floors. The flanking bays have been altered, with the right bay containing a door at ground level and an adjoining foundry to the outer right.

The southeast elevation has a basement door in the center and displays asymmetrical window arrangements above. There is a shouldered wallhead stack located at the center.

Some windows have been blocked, while others still have timber sash and case windows. The roof is covered with grey slates, and there are coped ashlar stacks with thackstanes, as well as ashlar-coped skews.
