Description
49 East Quality Street in Dysart is a terraced house dating from 1610, which underwent renovations in the late 20th century. It is a two-storey, three-bay structure with a stucco exterior featuring painted margins and a roof covered in pantiles.
On the principal elevation, the ground floor has a timber door located to the right of the center and a bipartite window to the left. Above the right light of the window, there is a marriage lintel inscribed with 'WB.GB.1610'. To the outer right, there is a pend entrance. The first floor has three windows grouped towards the left side.
The windows are timber sash and case style, featuring 8- and 12-pane glazing patterns. The roof is finished with modern red pantiles.
