Description

18th century. 2-storey and attic, 3-bay house. Painted ashlar margins; cavetto eaves course. White coloured harling.

S (PRINCIPAL) ELEVATION: central door; flanking ground floor windows. 1st floor window above door; window to right; inserted bipartite window to left. 1st floor windows hug eaves.

W ELEVATION: attached to Rose Cottage. Attic window to right.

N ELEVATION: partially seen, 2001. Central lean-to; 1st floor window to centre.

E ELEVATION: attached to St Serf's.

Predominantly 12-pane timber sash and case windows with horns. 2 rooflights to rear. Replacement timber door. Pitched roof; replacement interlocking tiles. W gable apex stack.

INTERIOR: not seen, 2001.
