Description
6-7 St Clair's Entry is an 18th-century, two-storey, five-bay house that forms part of a regular terrace to the northeast. The exterior is harled with stone margins.
On the southeast, or principal elevation, the central bay features a stone forestair leading to a door at the first floor. There are windows in the outer bays on each floor, and bipartite windows to the left of centre at ground level and to the right of centre at the first floor.
The northwest elevation has four windows at ground level and two more to the left of centre at the first floor, with a prominent shouldered wallhead stack in the centre.
On the southwest elevation, there is a low lean-to extension at ground level, a window to the right at the first floor, and a tiny opening to the right in the gablehead with a broad stack.
The windows are timber sash and case with a four-pane glazing pattern. The roof is covered with pantiles, and the stacks are harled with thackstanes and ashlar-coped skews.
