Description

Circa 1875. Single storey and attic L-plan cottage. Random whin rubble with chamfered ashlar margins. South elevation: 3 bays; central door flanked by 4-pane sashes; 3 segmental-headed 4-pane windows above, ground and 1st floor openings linked vertically by dressings; barge-

boarded and finialed dormer-heads and gables. Off-centre stack and slate roof, with projecting eaves. Door and 3 enlarged windows to west elevation. Modern flat-roofed extension.
