22 Douglas Terrace, West Ferry, Dundee

22 Douglas Terrace is a cottage from the earlier 19th century, featuring a single storey and an attic with a rectangular plan. The building is finished with harled walls and has a slate roof.

On the south elevation, there is a central door flanked by four-pane sash and case windows, which are obscured by a modern glazed lean-to. The gables are skewed and have skewputts, with coped stacks. There are also two canted dormers that have unsympathetic aluminium windows.

The north elevation has a central door with a transom light, flanked by twelve-pane sash and case windows.

A rubble enclosing wall is located to the south, featuring rounded coping that curves towards the railway bridge on the right.
