Description
The railway footbridge on Beach Lane in West Ferry, Dundee, was made by Dickson and Mann Ltd in the late 19th century. It is a Z-pan railway footbridge constructed from cast iron and steel, featuring concrete steps and timber platforms and deck. The bridge has four-column piers at both the north and south ends, which are adorned with Gothic-arched spandrels. It also includes lattice-work balustrades and curved oversailing braces.
