Description
The railway roadbridge at Douglas Terrace, West Ferry, Dundee, was designed by Thomas Grainger and John Miller around 1838. It spans the railway line from Dundee to Aberdeen and is constructed of sandstone rubble, coursers, and ashlar masonry. The bridge features a single span elliptical arch supported by pilasters, an impost band, and an ashlar parapet with chamfered coping. Curved and splayed wing walls extend on both the north and south sides.
