Description

The Summer House at Gilston House, built around 1900, is an octagonal rustic structure featuring two concentric rows of timber posts. The inner row is fitted with horizontal boarding and includes some windows. The roof is made of pointed and faceted felt tiles arranged in a fish-scale pattern, sweeping over an open verandah and gabled over the entrance on the south side.
