Description

Dated 1868. 3-storey, 3-bay end of terrace house, set at right angles to Main Street. Squared and snecked stugged grey sandstone, ashlar dressings.

W ELEVATION: door to centre, windows with louvred shutters flanking at ground, 3 windows at 1st floor, shutters to left only. 3 small windows at 2nd floor breaking eaves in slated gabled dormerheads, finials to outer bays.

S GABLE: to street has 2-storey canted window with blocking course and decorative cast-iron window guard. Shutters to outer lights. Small round arched bipartite to 2nd floor. Sash and case windows, predominantly 4-pane glazing pattern. Grey slates, ashlar coped skews with finials, coped ashlar stack to E. Low ashlar coped wall enclosing front garden.
