Description
21 Victoria Road is a large Italianate villa built in the 1870s or 1880s. The building has two storeys and is constructed of coursed freestone with ashlar dressings, featuring banded quoins and a cill band. The roof is a platform slate style with eaves brackets.
There are three windows on the ground floor arranged in triplets, while the first floor has bipartite windows on the sides. The windows have shouldered architraves. The entrance is marked by a Doric porch supported by double columns and adorned with a guilloche frieze. Additionally, the original gatepiers have conoid tops and are connected by curved walls that lead into the driveway.
