Craigievar, 31 Victoria Road, Lenzie

Craigievar is a two-storey double-fronted villa built around 1880, featuring painted dressings and splayed bays. The villa has a platform slate roof with a central dormer and hipped roofs over the bays, adorned with ironwork finials. A bracket cornice runs along the top. There are three windows, with the splayed bays showcasing shafted mullions on the upper roof and a fluted band above the ground floor. The central window on the ground floor is round-headed and keyblocked, with a surround that includes a cornice and pilasters supported by volute brackets. To the right, there is a round-arched extension leading to a low entrance. The property also retains its original gatepiers.
