Description
This detached villa, built around 1880 and possibly designed by Robert Turnbull of Thomson & Turnbull, features two storeys and an attic, with a colourwashed ashlar exterior. The front has three windows, including a full-height, five-window bowed bay on the left side. The central entrance has a broad double-bracketed pediment with Greek openwork details, while the right side has a rectangular tripartite bay. At the attic level, there is a billiard room with central timber pediments on each face. The roof is slated, with overhanging bracketed eaves and paired corniced end stacks.
