Description

Earlier 19th century. 3-storey, 3-bay classical L-plan building, altered at ground. Coursed sandstone; polished granite at ground; rubble to sides. Cornice dividing ground and 1st floors; cornice; deep blocking course; consoled cornices to 1st floor windows; panelled aprons to 2nd floor openings; architraved upper openings.

S (ENTRANCE ELEVATION): recessed entrance to left; metal glazed door; 2 large modern studio windows to right; metal door to outer right. Modern fascia. Regular fenestration to upper storeys.

12-pane timber sash and case windows to upper storeys; replacement windows at ground. Grey slate piended roof.

INTERIOR: not seen 1997.
