Description
The chimney at Drumlanrig Estate, likely built around 1822 and contemporary with the kitchen garden, is a tall, battered square structure located to the west of the kitchen garden. It is constructed of stugged ashlar and features a shallow base with an iron collar beneath the coping. There is a small, now derelict duct house to the east of the chimney. Additionally, a vaulted smoke duct remains intact below ground.
