Description
Boreland of Anwoth is a farmhouse dated 1771, featuring a symmetrical design with two storeys and three bays, along with single-storey wings on either side. The walls are harled, with dressed granite margins. The central door includes a fanlight, and all windows are sash and case with four-pane glazing.
The farmhouse has a moulded eaves course and slate roofs that are piended to the pavilions, which have tall coped end stacks topped with octagonal cans. At the rear, there is a full-width single-storey extension with a slate roof. The pavilions also have modern garage doors.
