Description
Little Boreland is a late 18th century farmhouse that stands two stories high with an attic. The building features harled walling and a boulder basecourse. The front elevation has three bays and includes a central porch, which is later harled and has a glazed door. All the windows are small pane single lights, designed as sash and case with a 12-pane glazing pattern. There are also two flat-roofed dormers, each with 12 panes. The rear elevation has a projecting harled wing. The roofs are covered in slate, with sandstone skews at the ends, and tall coped end stacks topped with thackstanes.
