Late 18th century. 2-storey, 2-bay terraced cottage. Harled, probably brick walling; all openings shallow segmental arched.

Door to right, window to left. 2 1st floor windows; all sash and case with 4-pane glazing pattern.

Steeply pitched slate roofs, sandstone ridge and skews, coped end stacks..
