Description
11 Main Street in Elrig is an early 19th-century, two-storey, three-bay house. The building is constructed of rubble and has a painted west elevation with narrow projecting cills.
On the west elevation facing Main Street, there is a modern door located at the center, with regular window arrangements on both floors. The south elevation features a gabled and blank wall, with 12-pane glazing in timber sash and case windows. The roof has broad concrete coped skews, and there are rubble gablehead stacks that have been reconstructed and are narrow on the south side. The roof is covered with purple slates.
