Description

6 Cowgate in Garlieston is an early 19th-century, two-storey, three-bay house. The exterior is made of painted rubble with raised cills. The central door features a letterbox fanlight, with 12-pane sash and case windows on either side and above on the first floor. The rear elevation also has three bays, with a central door and a former loft door above it, flanked by windows. The house has broad end stacks made of ashlar, with coped skews, and is topped with grey slates and cans.
