11, 12 South Crescent, Garlieston

11 and 12 South Crescent in Garlieston are a pair of early 19th century houses. No 11 features a shop on the ground floor and is two storeys tall with two bays, while No 12 has three bays. The buildings have rendered walls with painted raised margins, angles, and a base course.

For No 11, the ground floor has a central doorway flanked by enlarged shop windows with fixed plate glass glazing. On the first floor, there are two windows. No 12 has a central door with windows on either side and three windows on the first floor. To the left, there is a piended canted dormer window. All windows are single light, sash and case with plate glass glazing.

The eaves course features bolection moulding, and the end skews are made of sandstone with hefty coped ends and axial stacks, along with a sandstone ridge. Both houses have good graded slate roofs.
