Description

Circa 1810 original house, enlarged circa 1820/40. Small

single-storey villa, originally single storey 2-windows

and central Roman Doric pilastered doorpiece, coursers

with flush margins and raised quoin ends, gabled slated

roof with 2 canted dormers, straight skews and droved

ashlar stacks; single-storey single-bay western dining

room addition with timber mullioned tripartite window;

4-pane sashes. Walled garden with segmentally arched

rusticated gateway crowned by pedimental blocking course

on axis of doorpiece.
