Description

15 East Terrace is a mid-17th century single storey and attic dwelling house with three bays. The exterior is harled with painted chamfered margins.

The principal elevation features a central modern porch flanked by windows, with two piended dormer windows and a central attic window above. There is a modern single storey extension on the south side with a lean-to roof.

The southeast elevation has a blind gable head and a modern extension. The northeast elevation is also blind, with a central attic window. The west elevation includes a projecting chimney breast and an adjoining single storey building.

The roof is covered with grey slate and features crowstepped gables and large harled and coped stacks at the gable heads. The interior was not seen in 2000.
