Description
42-50 High Street in South Queensferry is a 19th-century building that has undergone significant alterations. Each shop features deep recessed entrance doorways, and the fronts of shops 41-46 are adorned with pilasters. Slim pilasters frame the doors, and there are deep entablatures along the top. The building has a raised parapet with railings that include a mix of spear-head and fleur-de-lys finials. Stairs are located at either end of the structure.
