Description
10 East Terrace is a 17th-century, two-storey, three-bay dwelling house with an L-plan layout, featuring later alterations. The exterior is harled with smooth, painted margins.
On the north (principal) elevation, the building has a regular arrangement of windows, with a close entrance located at the far left, accessed through an iron gate.
The east elevation is adjacent to another building.
The south elevation includes a reconstructed forestair leading to a first-floor door in the left bay of the east wing, with a small window in the right bay. There is also a two-storey, two-bay gabled rear wing with regular fenestration.
The west elevation is also adjoining another building.
The windows are 12-pane sash and case, although the rear elevation features modern glazing. The roof is covered with slate.
The interior was not seen in 2000.
