18th century. 2-storey, 2-bay house; T-plan. Harled; painted margins; base course.

N ELEVATION: single window in left bay at ground; smaller window at 1st floor above. Single window in right bay at ground; single window at 1st floor above.

E ELEVATION: central door.

S ELEVATION: 2-storey extension with large windows.

W ELEVATION: adjoining building.

8-pane sash and cane windows to principal elevation; 6 pane in left bay at ground floor. Slate roof; skew of adjoining building crowstepped; skew of demolished building to east straight; no stacks.

INTERIOR: not seen 2000.
