7 East Terrace, High Street, South Queensferry

7 East Terrace is an 18th-century, two-storey, two-bay house with a T-plan layout. The exterior is harled with painted margins and features a base course.

On the north elevation, there is a single window in the left bay at ground level, with a smaller window above it on the first floor. The right bay has a single window at both the ground and first floors. The east elevation has a central door. The south elevation includes a two-storey extension with large windows. The west elevation is adjacent to another building.

The principal elevation has 8-pane sash and case windows, while the left bay at ground level features a 6-pane window. The roof is slate, with the skew of the adjoining building being crowstepped and the skew of a demolished building to the east being straight. There are no chimneys. The interior was not seen in 2000.
