'st Annes', 2 East Terrace, South Queensferry

St Annes, located at 2 East Terrace in South Queensferry, is an 18th-century, two-storey and attic, three-bay house. It features colour-washed stucco with painted margins and a base course.

On the north (principal) elevation, there is a central door with a later hood above it. The first floor has a single window with modern false shutters above the door. To the left, there is a single window at ground level and a larger window with false shutters above it. To the right, there is also a single window at ground level and a larger window with false shutters above. The roof has two canted dormers.

The east elevation is adjacent to another building. The south elevation is one storey with an attic, featuring a central door and single windows in the flanking bays. It has a central dormer with canted dormers on either side.

The west elevation is blank. The first floor and dormers have astragaled panes, while the ground floor has single panes. The roof is covered with grey slate and has straight stone skews and skewputts, along with rendered and corniced stacks at the gableheads.
