Description
16 Edinburgh Road in South Queensferry is a 17th-century dwelling house that was rebuilt in the later 20th century. It is a two-storey, two-bay structure built from rubble with flush margins.
On the north (principal) elevation, there is a recessed door located in the right bay, with a window above it and a very small flanking window. The left bay features a window at both the ground and first floors. Additionally, there are two large rooflights.
The east elevation has an adjoining building, while the south elevation was not visible in 2000. The west elevation also has an adjoining building.
The house features modern 12-pane sash and case windows and has a pantiled roof with no skews.
