Description
19 Ann Street in Stonehaven is an earlier 19th-century terraced house that stands two stories high with an attic and features two bays. The exterior is made of coursed squared rubble and has projecting stone cills.
On the west (principal) elevation, there is a modern timber door to the right at ground level, with a blocked door immediately to the left and an original shop window beyond that. The first floor has two windows, and above, there is a four-part flat-roofed dormer window. The windows are fitted with plate glass glazing in timber sash and case style, while the dormer has multi-pane casements. The roof is covered with grey slates, and there is a coped squared rubble stack with cans and thackstanes, along with ashlar-coped skews.
