21 Ann Street, Stonehaven

21 Ann Street in Stonehaven is an earlier 19th-century terraced house, possibly a former shop. It stands two stories high with an attic and features two bays above ground. The building is constructed of coursed squared rubble and has projecting stone cills.

On the west (principal) elevation, there is a two-leaf panelled timber door and a bipartite window to the left at ground level, with another timber door featuring a letterbox fanlight to the right. The first floor has two windows, and there are two dormer windows above; the left one is canted, while the right one is bipartite and piended.

The windows are timber sash and case, with 4-pane and plate glass glazing patterns. The roof is covered with grey slates, and there is a coped squared rubble stack with cans and thackstanes, along with an ashlar-coped skew to the south.
