Description
17 Ann Street in Stonehaven is an early 19th century, two-storey and attic, three-bay terraced dwelling. The exterior is finished in stucco, featuring projecting stone cills on the first floor.
The principal elevation faces west and includes two timber doors at the center of the ground floor, with the door on the right being boarded. There are windows in the flanking bays, with the right window enlarged, and a regular arrangement of windows on the first floor. The outer bays are topped with canted polygonal-roofed dormer windows, which flank a small rooflight.
The windows are timber sash and case, with 4-pane and 12-pane glazing patterns, although there is a modern window on the ground floor to the right. The roof is covered with grey slates, and there are coped brick stacks with some cans and thackstane, along with an ashlar-coped skew to the north.
