7 Edinburgh Road, South Queensferry

7 Edinburgh Road is a mid-19th century, two-storey and attic, three-bay dwelling house. The exterior features pebble-dash with painted margins and lugs at the level of the meeting rails, along with a base course.

The south elevation is symmetrical, featuring a central door with a letterbox fanlight and flanking windows, with additional windows above on the first floor and an attic light at the far right. The east elevation has an adjoining building, while the north elevation includes a modern extension at ground floor level and two windows on the first floor. The west elevation also has an adjoining building.

The property has 8-pane sash and case timber windows, a slate roof with straight skews, and rendered stacks at the gable heads.
