Description
44 Commissioner Street in Crieff is a house built in the late 18th to early 19th century. It is a two-storey, three-bay structure that forms part of an irregular terrace. The building is constructed from rubble with ashlar margins.
The northeast elevation, which faces the entrance, is symmetrical with the bays grouped towards the centre. There is a timber door located centrally at the ground level, with windows in the flanking bays. The first floor features regular fenestration close to the eaves.
The windows are timber sash and case with a 4-pane glazing pattern. The roof is covered with grey slates, and there are coped rubble and brick stacks with cans.
