Description

11 Deveronside in Banff is a house dating from 1744, featuring two storeys and a dormerless attic with three bays. The exterior is harled with painted ashlar margins. The central entrance has an early 19th century shallow pilastered doorpiece and a raised and fielded six-panelled door. The windows are timber sash and case with 12-pane glazing. The house has coped end stacks topped with renewed concrete copes, and a slate roof that includes rooflights.

At the rear, there is a projecting stairwell, and the rear court is enclosed by a wall that incorporates a garage.
