Description

10 Deveronside in Banff is a mid-18th century house that has undergone later alterations. It is a two-storey building with an attic and has its gable end facing Deveronside. The exterior is harled with painted margins. The front gable features a regular arrangement of two bays, including a pair of small attic lights. The north elevation is irregular and has been significantly altered, featuring an additional flat-roofed wing, a re-sited entrance, and a garage, all concealed by high coped walls. The glazing is varied, and the house has coped end stacks and a slate roof.
