Description

Pear Tree House is an 18th-century house located on the north side of Fore Street in Milverton. The building is rendered over random rubble and features a slate roof with brick stacks on the left side. It stands two stories tall and has three bays, with a double door garage opening inserted beside the entrance in the left-hand bay. The house has 16-pane sash windows and a partially glazed six-panel door to the left. This door is framed by an ashlar pilaster doorway that supports an entablature and a tablet above. Pear Tree House forms a pair with Westbere House to the west.
