Description

Brendon is an 18th-century house located on the north side of North Street in Milverton. It is constructed of random rubble red sandstone that has been colourwashed, topped with a slate roof and featuring brick stacks. The building stands two storeys high and has four bays. The windows are sash style, with the first floor having six panes and the ground floor having twelve panes, all set beneath segmental headed brick relieving arches. The central doorway is flanked by pilasters and has an entablature doorcase, with panelled reveals and a six-panel door that is accessed by three steps.
