Description

Cardscroft is a house dating from the late 18th century. It is constructed of red sandstone random rubble and features a slate roof with brick stacks on the left and right. The building has two storeys above a basement and is arranged in three bays. The windows are 19th-century sash windows with a single vertical glazing bar, set beneath stone lintels. There is a flat-headed dormer window on the right and a central doorcase with fluted pilasters, which frames a seven-panel door.
