Description

The Cottage is a house dating from the 17th century that was refronted in the early 19th century. It features a pebbledash exterior with a pilaster quoin strip on the right side. The building has a slate roof and a large rendered stack on the left, with a brick stack on the right. It is two stories tall and has two bays, with 12-pane sash windows on either side of a central doorway. The entrance is highlighted by an ashlar flat roof porch supported by console brackets, and the door itself is a six-panel design.
