Description

Shadiloes is an 18th-century house located on the north side of Rimpton Road in Marston Magna. It is constructed from local random stone coursed with stone slate base courses and features a plain clay tiled roof with coped gables. The house has brick end chimney stacks and is designed in a two-storey "L"-plan, with a projecting front gable that includes a projecting stack.

The entrance consists of a 6-panel door, with the upper two panels glazed, set in the angle of the building under a simple timber hood supported by an iron bracket. To the right of the door is a 4-pane sash window, while above it is a 16-pane sash window, and to the left is a 12-pane sash window. There are also 20th-century casement windows on the flank of the projection.
