Local random stone coursed; stone slate base courses with plain clay tiled roof between coped gables; brick end chimney stacks, 2-storey "L"-plan with projecting front gable, featuring projecting stack. 6-panel door, upper 2 glazed, set in angle under simple timber hood on iron bracket; right a 4-pane sash window: above right a 16-pane sash, and left a 12-pane sash. C20 casement windows in flank of projection.
