Local stone cut and squared, pecked finish in alternating courses of 2 colours; hipped Welsh slate roof; central brick chimney stack. 2-storeys, 2-bays each house. 4-panel doors to outside bay of each house, that to no 3 adapted for glazing, with cast iron openwork porches having segmental hoods: 12-pane sash windows, one to each level each house, C20 aluminium replacements to No 3: band course between floors. Included for group value and the use of polychromy on a minor domestic scale.
