The building is two stories high with an irregular arrangement of windows. On the first floor, there are three sash windows with marginal glazing bars set in rusticated painted brick surrounds. The ground floor has similar outer bay windows, while the center includes, from the left, a four-panel door, a tripartite sash window, and another sash window with marginal glazing bars, all framed by rusticated painted brick surrounds.
