Description

The buildings at 19 and 20 Paul Street are believed to date from around 1690, although they were largely remodelled in the mid-19th century, with number 20 likely being rebuilt during that time. They are two and a half to three storeys high, each with two windows set within block surrounds and featuring plate glass sash windows. Number 19 has gabled dormers. Modern shop fronts now occupy the ground floor. The buildings are listed for their contribution to the character of the streetscape.
