Description

An early 19th-century building on Catherine Hill, incorporating earlier fabric and displaying an irregular front. The building is constructed of rubble and has a pantile roof. It is two and three storeys high. Number 18 features paired windows with glazing bar sashes on the first floor, while Number 19 has 19th-century sashes on the first floor and a casement window on the second floor, which likely indicates a former gable frontage. Modern shop fronts are present. This building is of group value due to its contribution to the character of the area.
