Number 4 Sheep Market is an early 19th-century building that stands three storeys tall, constructed from coursed rubble with a stone slate roof and two brick chimneys. The building features stone rusticated quoins and window dressings, with three double-hung sash windows that have glazing bars; the middle window is blocked.
