Description

Number 16 on Catherine Hill is an early 19th-century building that stands three storeys tall, with a rendered exterior over a rubble base. It features a rounded corner facing Whittox Lane, a moulded cornice, a parapet, and moulded coping. On the road side, there is one window, although the first-floor window is blocked. The building has two sets of two irregularly placed glazing bar sash windows facing Whittox Lane. Additionally, there is an early 20th-century shop front that includes a dentil fascia cornice.
