Description
Nos 27 and 29 on Norwich Road are 18th century to early 19th century buildings. Number 27 features a flint cobbled exterior with brick dressings, while number 29 has been refronted in early 19th century painted brick and has slightly higher eaves. Both buildings have a pantile hipped roof with brick dentil eaves and are two storeys tall with a cellar. Number 27 has two windows; on the first floor, there is a modern three-light casement with glazing bars, next to a blocked window. The ground floor has a sash window with vertical glazing bars and a blocked doorway, all featuring cambered brick heads. Number 29 is one window wide, with a first-floor sash window that has glazing bars and a ground floor that likely features a late 19th century shopfront with modern glazing bars.
