  1. C18 or early C19, with possibly earlier origin. Flint cobbled with brick dressings; the front wall has been rough-cast. Low-pitched pantile roof with coped gable ends. Brick dentil eaves. Two storeys. Three widely-spaced windows. Sashes with glazing bars. Central pilastered with entablature with triglyphs in frieze, door with top panels glazed. Brick chimney stacks over gable ends. Outshut at rear.
