Description

No. 5 Norwich Road is a building from the 18th century or early 19th century, possibly with an earlier origin. It features a flint cobbled structure with brick dressings, and the front wall is rough-cast. The roof is low-pitched and covered with pantiles, with coped gable ends and brick dentil eaves. The building has two storeys and three widely-spaced sash windows that include glazing bars. The central entrance is pilastered and topped with an entablature that has triglyphs in the frieze, and the door has glazed top panels. There are brick chimney stacks located over the gable ends, and an outshut is present at the rear.
