Description
No. 10 High Green is a house dating from the late 18th century to early 19th century. It is constructed of brick and features a pantile roof. The building consists of two parallel rectangular sections with an outshut at the rear. The facade has three bays and is two storeys high. It includes sash windows with glazing bars set under rubbed brick arches. The central sash window has a sill at ground level, flanked by tripartite sashes on either side. There are three additional sashes on the first floor. The house has a dentil eaves cornice and gable end stacks. The main entrance is located in the right-hand gable, featuring a doorcase with pilasters, guttae on the architrave, a reeded frieze, and a dentil cornice. The door itself has six raised and fielded panels with panelled reveals.
